These can run the gammet from doing the school run to catching the horses, chasing the chickens, chasing my son and daughter to do their homework, chopping wood, phew, I'm knackered just looking at this!

  • Alternately, you may fax the order form using a toll free fax number 1-866-846-2205 to a secure encrypted web site. Indicate your form of payment (credit card, cashiers check, etc.). If making a payment via credit card, your order must also include the full card number, expiration date and 3-digit number from the back of the card for MasterCard or VISA or the 4-digit number on the front for American Express.

  If you choose to send your order and/or payment by mail, please notify me of this during your initial phone call, email or fax. I can then pull out your item from inventory. Your payment must be received within 5 days, or the order will be canceled and the item returned to stock for re-sale.
     
  Shipping Information:
 

Orders are shipped UPS, or US Mail. Parts will be shipped US Postal Service Ground or UPS ground unless you request a quicker service. I will ship parts the following day that the order is received and paid for. Please realize that over night delivery is pretty much impossible from these parts.

     
  Warranty Information:  
   

All goods have a six month warranty to cover faulty goods. The company will replace goods or credit you the cost you paid for the part if the company is satisfied that such defects arose solely through faulty material or manufacture and that such goods are returned immediately upon discovery of the defect. The Company will not consider any claims after six months from the date of purchase. The Company will accept no liability for any consequential loss or damage.

   
Privacy Policy:  

You’re information will never be sold or disclosed to anyone. Can’t abide companies that do.

   
Returns Policy:
All products sold may be returned for credit or refund, but must be received at RovahFarm within 21 days of the original sale and in the original packaging and fit for re-sale. Parts received after the 21 days will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%. Every effort is made to supply you with the correct parts, but it is also your responsibility to confirm that the part or parts are correct before you attempt to fit or before you carry out preparatory work to the part(s). You are also responsible for the return shipping unless I am responsible for the error.
   
Damaged Shipments:  
All orders will leave here in undamaged condition and packaged correctly. Once you receive your order inspect it right away. Any damage claims should be made to the carrier. Do not send the package back until you have contacted myself and received instructions on what to do.
